Dr Martyn Newman

Dr Newman is a clinical and corporate psychologist with an international reputation as an expert in emotional intelligence (EQ) leadership and mindfulness. He has held senior academic positions at leading universities in Australia and Europe. He has helped thousands of executives improve their leadership effectiveness. Author of the international bestseller, Emotional Capitalists – The Ultimate Guide to Developing Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and co-author of the Emotional Capital Report™ – the global benchmark for measuring EQ and leadership performance. Dr Newman is a co-founder of Pelios where the focus is on the application and delivery of Emotional Intelligence mentoring and coaching to senior leaders. He is often also engaged as a speaker emphasising his experience of the positive impact emotional intelligence has on the success of large organisations and high performing teams.

Alistair Cook

A seasoned executive with over two decades of corporate leadership experience, is a senior professional Executive Coach and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) practitioner. He uses this expertise to help individuals navigate complex challenges in safe, authentic and sometimes challenging sessions. His career is dedicated to unlocking potential, enhancing performance, and ensuring sustainable success for individuals and organizations. With a noteworthy track record spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, he led a successful SME through rapid international growth. Alistair excels in leadership during periods of change, including the 2008 financial crisis, corporate divestments, acquisitions as well as delivering international integration programmes.

Hugo Trepant

Hugo specialises in coaching and mentoring individuals seeking clarity of thinking in their professional or personal lives or improved performance in their chosen domains. Where appropriate, he employs Emotional Intelligence analysis to assess the current situation and identify opportunities for growth. Hugo tailors his coaching techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Solution Focused, and Time to Think, adapting them to each individual’s needs over multiple sessions. Challenging assumptions and preconceptions is a natural part of the process. With a background as a Strategy Consulting Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, Hugo serves C-suite and Board-level clients globally. He is fluent in French, Spanish, and English and is qualified to work in high-security environments.
