Alistair excels in leadership during periods of change, including the 2008 financial crisis, corporate divestments, acquisitions as well as delivering international integration programmes.

Hugo specialises in coaching and mentoring individuals seeking clarity of thinking in their professional or personal lives or improved performance in their chosen domains. Where appropriate, he employs Emotional Intelligence analysis to assess the current situation and identify opportunities for growth.
