Dr Newman is a clinical and corporate psychologist with an international reputation as an expert in emotional intelligence (EQ) leadership and mindfulness. His career is dedicated to unlocking potential, enhancing performance, and ensuring sustainable success for individuals and organizations. Alistair excels in leadership during periods of change, including the 2008 financial crisis, corporate divestments, acquisitions as well as delivering international integration programmes.
Hugo specialises in coaching and mentoring individuals seeking clarity of thinking in their professional or personal lives or improved performance in their chosen domains. Where appropriate, he employs Emotional Intelligence analysis to assess the current situation and identify opportunities for growth. Hugo tailors his coaching techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Solution Focused, and Time to Think, adapting them to each individual’s needs over multiple sessions.
